My political activists days (such as they were) are long gone. Nonetheless I thought it irresponsible to not speak out during the last election. Just a fleeting resurgence, and while I do claim full ownership of the opinions I expressed, I don't have much invested in them, so forget trying to engage me in a political argument. My opinions--- take 'em or leave 'em, I have far bigger fish to fry.

Feb. '06 addendum. Don't have to wait four years to
announce that we blew it. Big, Big, Time. And there is
