As I write this I am struck once again by the inanities that consume our attention. Hopefully I will get this published in a more timely manner than I did my July 4th. blurb, but the scandal de jour is the Foley thing. If it turns out that Foley had sex, or solicited sex with a minor, those are crimes, so prosecute him. End of story. Folks this is not a national crisis. As to the possibility of a cover up— so what's new? That is just standard operating procedure for our government. The only difference between Foley and Clinton is that Bill had enough sense to not go after jailbait.
